周书明教授,主要从事离散数学、图论与网络优化、故障诊断及检测、容错计算及复杂社交网络可靠性分析等方面的研究,福建师范大学数学与计算机科学学院教授、博士生导师、中国计算机学会容错计算专委、中国运筹学学会专委、福建省运筹学学会常务理事。福建省教育厅创新团队(异构网络安全通信技术研究)、福建师范大学创新团队(网络与信息安全关键理论和技术)成员,美国《数学评论》(Mathematical Reviews)评论员,担任IEEE Transactions on Computers、IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems、IEEE Transactions on Reliability、Theoretical Computer Science、Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing、Discrete Applied Mathematics、The Computer Journal、International Journal of Computers and Applications、Computers and Electrical Engineering、Information Processing Letters、International Journal of Computer Mathematics、Frontiers of Mathematics in China、Operations Research Transactions、Parallel Processing Letters等国际学术杂志的审稿人. 


讲座内容:

Large-scale self-diagnosable distributed multiprocessor systems are useful in providing dependable computing platforms for critical applications, and the performability of such multiprocessor systems rely heavily on the underlying architecture connecting the processors. This topic conducts a survey of progress on the investigation of topological robustness on the multiprocessor system based on (n,k)-star graph. In detail, we will address its algebraic property, and conditional diagnosability, g-extra diagnosability under different models. We will also explore the reliability of subsystem under macro-scale through combinatorial probabilistic model and present a practical analytical method to compute the mean time to failure (MTTF) for subsystem through stochastic process along with some empirical analysis.
